Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Once your request is submitted, a prepaid UPS shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging or a sturdy box and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside.

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
